Calculate minimum, maximum and their indices in one procedure call.

Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
out int aMax 
Returns calling vector elements [Index..Index+Len-1] maximum value. 
out int aMaxIdx 
Returns calling vector maximum value index. 
out int aMin 
Returns calling vector elements [Index..Index+Len-1] minimum value. 
out int aMinIdx 
Returns calling vector minimum value index. 
[In] int Index 
The starting index at which to start the search. 
[In] int Len 
The number of elements to search starting from Index. 
Remarks

An exception is raised if array borders are overrun/underrun.
